I enjoy all your cookie recipes, but there is something I don’t understand. In your videos you show placing the dough on a cookie sheet as instructed and they magically come out flat. This is not the case with your recipes. Your cookies DO NOT spread to get a flattened cookie. You do not tell us to flatten the dough before baking. I now use my hand to flatten the dough. Thought you should know for future recipes.

I don’t understand how your cookies come out like this flatter shape. When I use my scoop, the cookies do not spread so I have to take out my cookies from the oven, press them down and put them back in the oven. Also do you place some chips on the top of the cookie? It looks like you add some on top.

I don’t know why people fail to make these cookies. I gave it a try and I find that it’s a good recipe. I might even bake it again! I believe you just have to follow the instructions (and never over mix the batter of cookies) 🍪
